Meet the founder
Lydia Drakeford has spent a majority of her career at Google, leading beauty and wellness brands in their digital & growth marketing strategy. Working at this unique intersection of beauty, media, and tech has given her an expansive network across seniority levels and a convergent perspective on the beauty landscape.
Her passion lead her to launching an industry podcast, Boardroom Beauty, that gave space for thought leadership and visibility. It was from the podcast conversation that a need was identified.
She is connecting the dots with her creativity, network, and problem -solving skills to create a space that serves and empowers a niche, but powerful community.
